Acavallo® Ortho-Pubis dressage seat saver with Hexagonal gel-out and Dri-lex in the lower surface. It reduces pressure and ensures comfort.

The Acavallo Ortho-Pubis dressage seat saver with Hexagonal gel-out and Dri-lex offers a layer of advanced protection with a thickness of 20mm and a front flare to protect the pubis.
This seat saver combines the exceptional non-slip, shock-absorbing and breathable properties of the Acavallo® Hexagonal gel, offering maximum comfort, safety and breathability for the seat.
The recess in the front has been specially designed to reduce pressure in the area around the pubic bones, ensuring a more balanced weight distribution and superior comfort.
The Hexagonal gel structure absorbs shocks and attenuates their intensity, increasing the grip between rider and saddle for optimal performance.
The elastic strap extends along the lower part of the saddle, ensuring perfect anchoring without altering the standard supports. The side straps with grip are fixed to the internal panels of the saddle, guaranteeing a stable position without compromising the original set-up and the elegance of Acavallo® products.

• Machine washable at 30°C or by hand with mild soap and water
• Do not use aggressive cleaning agents
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not expose to direct heat or strong sunlight
• Let it dry naturally
• It is advisable to clean the gel with warm water before initial use
• Make sure the saddle is well oiled and not dry to avoid any color transfer from the gel

What payment methods do you accept?

How much does delivery cost?

Free UK delivery on orders over £75 (some Highlands, Islands and offshore postcodes excluded). Standard UK delivery is £4.95. See our Delivery page for full details.

How can I track my parcel for delivery?

You can track your parcel by logging into your Ayr Equestrian account and viewing your order history.  You will also recieve an email notification once your order has been dispatched that will contain all the tracking information for your order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Order before 1pm on a weekday and items in stock at our Ayr store are despatched the same day. Some items are brought in from our suppliers before despatch (3–5 working days), so multi-item orders may arrive separately. Once despatched, please allow 2–5 working days for delivery. If you need something urgently, call our family team on 01292 266267 and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I contact customer service?

Please email info@ayrequestrian.com with any queries you have.  We endeavour to answer emails within three
working days.  Alternatively you can call the Shop directly on 01292 266267 between 9.30am - 5.30pm daily.

When will my order be dispatched?

Items in stock at our Ayr store are despatched the same day if you order before 1pm on a weekday. Items we bring in from our suppliers are despatched in 3–5 working days, and the product page shows which applies to the option you choose. In show season, while our team is out at events, a few orders may take a little longer.

What shipping provider do you use?

We mainly ship with DPD and Royal Mail, and occasionally Evri. If part of your order is brought in from a supplier, it may arrive in a separate parcel, each with its own tracking.

What is your returns policy?

Should you find on arrival of your product that it is the wrong size or that you simply no longer wish the item we are happy to refund or exchange your item/ items. All items must be returned within 30 days of being received.  Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full terms & conditions.  

Does this product come with any warranty?

Certain products are guaranteed for 12 months with a manufacturer's guarantee,
valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations (fair wear and tear). If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, please ask when making your order.

Can I use a gift card online?

Yes you can use your Gift Card for online purchases, simply enter your Gift Card code in the Apply Gift Card Box when checking out for it to be applied to your purchase.

We're a family business, run in Ayr since 1953. Some items are brought in from our suppliers before we despatch them (3–5 working days), so multi-item orders may arrive separately. In show season, while our team is out at events, a few orders may take a little longer.

Same-day despatch

If you order before 1pm on a weekday and the item is in stock at our Ayr store, we despatch it the same day. Other orders from our Ayr store are despatched the next working day or as soon as possible, and we'll keep you updated. We despatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Who delivers your parcel

We mainly ship with DPD and Royal Mail, and occasionally Evri. You'll get tracking details by email as each parcel is despatched.

UK delivery is free when you spend £75 or more, except in the Special UK Areas* listed below. For those areas we'll take £4.95 off your delivery charge instead.

We may need a signature

Many of our parcels need a signature on delivery or won't fit through a letterbox, so please use an address where someone can accept your order. We're happy to deliver to a family member, a neighbour or your workplace; just enter that address when you order. If no one is in, the carrier will leave a card explaining how to arrange redelivery or collection.

Should you find on arrival of your product that it is the wrong size or that you simply no longer wish the item we are happy to refund or exchange your item/s. All items must be returned within 30 days of being received.

Conditions of Return

  1. The item must be in a new, re-saleable condition for us to accept the item back.
  2. The item may be returned for either exchange or refund.
  3. Where appropriate the item must not have been worn other than for size.
  4. We will not accept items back in anything other than the condition received, even if subsequently cleaned.
  5. Items must include the original packaging and swing tickets.
  6. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
  7. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of special order items.
  8. We will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, so please use recorded delivery.
  9. If you returning the item for an exchange please include the return postage of £4.95.
  10. Please include your name, address & contact number when returning goods - common sense but a surprising number of people forget!
  11. Send returned goods with a copy of your receipt to the following address:

Faulty Goods

Certain products are guaranteed for 12 months with a manufacturer's guarantee, valid from the date of receipt and providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations (fair wear and tear). If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, please ask when making your order.

Should you receive any faulty items please phone and let us know as soon as possible. It is unlikely but on occasion goods can get damaged in transit. In this event we will happily replace the goods and refund the return postage. Should the fault lie with the manufacturer it will be returned to them quickly for assessment and will be dealt with promptly. In some cases this may take up to 4 weeks.
